Plastic windows * Convenient transport accessibility, close to shops, next to Osh Bazar, Deng Xiaoping St.. * Rent to a ladies, up to 4 * Smoking is forbidden there, I don't allow animals, I'm not doing a registration. * The monthly payment is $ 500, on top of the payment for communal services according to the counters: water, light, gas. * Other payments (heating, communal services, garbage collection) are not taken into account * Thus, every month the payment is 500$ + payment by counters The deposit is 500$, it is refunded if you are informed about the departure a month before + you have lived for at least six months * I will visit the apartment no more than 2 times a month, at a pre-agreed time WhatsApp, no calls, only messages
